病因
临床表现
疼痛通常在冻结期最为严重，患者为了使疼痛减轻，常限制肩关节的活动，这就预示着僵硬期的开始，通常持续 4~12 个月。
影像
3、关节造影片可特征性显示关节间容量减小合并不规则边缘。已有报道在关节造影术后其临床症状得到了改善，这是因为该检查可将液体加压注入关节腔内，可使粘连分开。
在关节造影片上，目前认为，如果腋滑囊的体积小于 10 mL，并且不能充盈，则提示有冻结肩。由于是有创性检查，不作为常规检查。
