切口脂肪液化严重影响了手术的成功率和患者满意度，是骨科医生必需关注的内容，本文整理了切口脂肪液化的治疗和预防，供大家参考。
治疗原则
③增加了蛋白质的产生和局部抗炎能力，促进切口愈合。高渗糖可使细菌脱水变性坏死，抑制了细菌的生长；
④改变了局部组织的渗透压，吸附创面组织的水分，防止肉芽水肿，刺激肉芽生长，从而加速切口愈合；
⑤另外葡萄糖是人体的重要营养成分，能量来源，参与糖蛋白、糖脂、核糖等多种物质的合成，是肉芽组织、细胞生长代谢的重要能量来源。
