影像学诊断

分型

第三部分是小结节和附着的肩胛下肌,具有内收和内旋的作用;
第四部分是肱骨干,从外科颈或结节下水平断裂。

11 C 型:关节内,四部分骨折(解剖颈)。





压缩型骨折通常没有移位,一般不需手术治疗,但如出现保守治疗失败或发现有肩袖损伤等情况仍需进行手术治疗。
治疗原则
Park 等认为对于运动员或需要手臂过头的体力劳动者,大结节骨块发生 0.3 cm 的移位也应当手术复位;
单纯大结节骨折移位较大甚至突入肱骨头及肩峰之间。
